Stored2Ship User Agreement
Welcome to Stored2Ship!
Stored2Ship is warehousing and fulfillment service provider, located in United
States of America. Stored2Ship is designed to provide warehousing and fulfillment
services for online sellers located outside of United States of America.
This user agreement is a contract between you and Stored2Ship that governs your use
of your Stored2Ship account and Stored2Ship services provided to you. It applies to
Stored2Ship accounts only.
Stored2Ship may modify contents of this User Agreement. In the event of
modification of User Agreement by Stored2Ship, Customer shell be notified by email.
Stored2Ship in all its communications to Customer will use email address provided
by Customer in registration form. It is Customer's responsibility to provide
correct and valid email address to ensure stable communication between Customer and

Accurate Information. You agree to maintain accurate information by providing updates to Stored2Ship, as needed, for as long as you use our services. You agree you will notify Stored2Ship within five (5) business days when any change of the information you provided as part of the application and/or registration process changes. Failure by you, for whatever reason, to respond within two (2) business days to any inquiries made by Stored2Ship to determine the validity of information provided by you will constitute a material breach of this agreement. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, or if Stored2Ship has reasonable grounds to suspect that your information is inaccurate, not current, false, misleading or incomplete, Stored2Ship has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to terminate services and close your account.
Please read carefully all the terms and conditions of these policies and each of
the other agreements that apply to you.
Stored2Ship may amend this user agreement at any time by posting a revised version
on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time it is post on the
If changes to the agreement or any other policy reduces your rights or increases
your responsibilities, Stored2Ship will provide you with 30 days' prior notice by
posting notice on the Stored2Ship website and sending e-mail notifications to you.
Opening an Account with Stored2Ship
In order to use Stored2Ship services you have to register an account with
Stored2Ship. The process of opening an account with Stored2Ship requires You to
provide certain information. It is your responsibility to provide correct
information. Stored2Ship does not verify truthfulness and correctness of
information provided by users. However, please keep in mind, that incorrect
information submitted to Stored2Ship may affect You and your future or ongoing
transactions with Stored2Ship. Stored2Ship encourage users to check correctness of
information submitted and keep it updated as it changes. Stored2Ship assumes no
responsibilities for incorrect information entered by user and cannot be hold
liable for any consequences associated with it.
Stored2Ship uses PayPal service for financial transactions. Services provided to
you by Stored2Ship must be paid in full according to payment due day scheduled and
Additional Services (Please see Additional Services). Payment Stored2Ship is not
obligated to provide its services to user if payment for service was not received.
Stored2Ship retain rights to stop to provide any, some or all the services to user
if payment from user was not received in full by Stored2Ship by scheduled date.
Stored2Ship assumes no responsibilities and cannot be hold liable for any loss of
user and for loss associated with interruption of provided services. It is user's
responsibility to make sure Stored2Ship account is paid in full prior to scheduled
date. Stored2Ship does not charge user for shipping. However, Stored2Ship provides
users with conveniency to purchase shipping labels from US Mail Service.
Stored2Ship will then use this shipping label to pack item ordered by user for
shipment, affix label obtained by user to parcel and ship parcel to the address
provided by user.
Stored2Ship does not assume any responsibilities for incorrectness of address and
cannot be hold liable for any loss associated with it. Providing correct address of
recipient is responsibility of user. Stored2Ship does not check nor can check
correctness of address provided by user.
Closing Your Stored2Ship Account
User can terminate her/his account with Stored2Ship anytime if the following
conditions are met:
• User has no items in Stored2Ship warehouse.
• User does not have negative balance with Stored2Ship and all services
provided to user by Stored2Ship are paid in full.
If user's items by the moment of account termination is still residing in
Stored2Ship warehouse, the following options might be considered by user:
• open shipment order with Stored2Ship to ship items back to user.
• continue to maintain Stored2Ship account until all the items stored in the
Stored2Ship warehouse are sold and shipped.
• contact Stored2Ship to discuss customized solution.
Preparing items for storage
Upon registration completion on Stored2Ship website, user can ship her/his items to
Stored2Ship warehouse for storage. Items, intended for storage should be fully
prepared for shipment. Stored2Ship staff ships items "as is". If customer sends his
items unprepared for shipment to Stored2Ship and willing Stored2Ship staff to do
additional wrapping, customer agrees, that this will be additional service and it
will be provided for additional charge. Please see "Additional Services" section
Using Stored2Ship account
The date when customer's package with items intended for storage is received by
Stored2Ship warehouse is customer's payment due day. Each package sent by customer
to Stored2Ship warehouse has its own payment due date. Stored2Ship software
automatically checks all stored packages and sends email to customer, 5 (five) days
before payment due date. If payment for any package is not received by Stored2Ship
by payment due date, Stored2Ship cannot provide shipment services to customer. To
make sure shipment services are provided to customer without interruption, customer
must keep her/his account in the good standing and submit payments for storage
before payment due date.
When Stored2Ship receives customer's package with items intended for storage,
Stored2Ship staff, inspect the box from outside first. If any visible damage to the
box is found – Stored2Ship staff will immediately notify customer about it using
email of the customer recorded in her/his profile. It is customer's responsibility
to provide correct and valid email address to ensure stable communications between
customer and Stored2Ship.
If package, received by Stored2Ship has no visible damage, Stored2Ship staff will
open package and count items in it. Stored2Ship personnel does not inspect every
item in the box. Stored2Ship assumes no responsibilities for any items inside the
package found broken, damaged, non-functional or in any way not appropriate for its
intended use. Stored2Ship personnel provides visual inspection of package from
outside and based on visually acceptable package's conditions, accept package
contents into Stored2Ship warehouse for storage. If at any later time, any of these
items will be discovered non-functional, damaged or broken, Stored2Ship assumes no
responsibility for it and cannot be hold liable for the same. Customer agrees not
to hold Stored2Ship liable for any lack of items functionality, loss of
representation or any other sort of damage, while items are stored in Stored2Ship
warehouse or being transported to the end customer or back to Stored2Ship
All items found in the package will be recorded into Stored2Ship database. Total
count for each package shipped by Customer to Stored2Ship will be displayed on
Customer's profile page of Stored2Ship website. Customer must login to Stored2Ship
website to be able to see all this information.
Stored2Ship, in addition to its core services and on Customer's request, may
provide Customers with additional services related to its core services. All
additional services must be prepaid before they rendered.
